very helpful very good service
I was hesitant to purchase a standby generator online from anyone other than a big box store. I'm so glad I got over it! I actually called FactoryPure because I wanted to make sure they were legit. I was happy to find out they were. We've only needed to run on generator once since we recently had it installed, but it worked like a dream. Worth EVERY CENT! I highly suggest FactoryPure and the 26kw Generac. You won't be disappointed.
