It's interesting that while the hour meter showed zero hours, the spark plug was already black with carbon buildup and the spark arrester was dirty. Fortunately, the generator ran well and pulled a load.

The order was filled quickly and correctly. The air line kit looks to be of high quality. I anticipate the installation going as smoothly as the purchase. I would definitely use Factory Pure again.

Disappointed that such an easy to install item failed to function. Ordered this for a champion duel fuel inverter generator. It did not work, failed to pick up signal from the spark plug. Way easy to install, it just did not function. Still have not been able to replace or receive any support from the champion rep factorypure provided.

Came on time. With all required parts. Installed in around an hour and half to convert from lead acid to the new lithium ion. Seems well made. Very happy so far

Never received the order. Been sitting at the shippers for over 3 weeks. Poor communication between you and your shipper. Should not have paid $5k for it to just sit there.
I put it together and two parts are missing.
The handle is missing and the gas gauge is missing.
I reached out to Factory Pure and have not heard anything back on getting the parts.
