I buy a generac 15000 watts i put everything fallowing the rules but the generator don't start

The generator began leaking oil not long after using. Tighten up a few loose bolts now more oil leaks in different areas of the engine. Generator is way up on a roof gonna have to stop work to handle this. What can be done about this issue?

you stuck with a inspection error from your supplier. your catching the heat. i would demand from generac thatvthry immediatelt remedy this issue. the reviews are going agsinst you even tbough its their fault. use your muscle. i need the axle. can you bekieve they shipbthis 3k order withoutvan axle.

I bought this product because my brother owns one and it is powerful enough to take care of my needs. The Generac reputation was also a factor in making my decision.

Bought two units from this organization. The units did not ship the same day as we were promised, it took a couple of days for the order to ship.

Upon start-up the units did not start, and we received no support from their staff. All they said was to go to the Generac Warranty Support group. This left a sour taste in our mouth in dealing with this organization because they provided not type of support, and were quick to pass us off to a warranty group. We understand warranty if units had been used, but these were brand new, out of the box, and still received no support.

Their prices are competitive, but their customer support is lacking based on our experience. If we had to do it over again, we would buy from another party who would provide support on product they sell.
