I did receive new replacement lid that was damaged. I have repeatedly requested Operators manual/installation manual to no avail. I would not order from Factory pure again.
I called to verify the generator was in stock on Tuesday morning. After speaking with someone, I made my order before noon. The unit was delivered to my door on Thursday, within 48 hours! From San Antonio, TX to New Orleans, LA. Just amazing! AND their price was the best I could find.
Lowe’s, Home Depot, just about everywhere else I looked was 2-3 weeks delivery time.
The unit runs like a champ. I truly have peace of mind for my family. If you’re on the fence and have the means, pull the trigger here. You won’t regret it.

The generator is great. The problem is all the BS you have to go through during installation. Centerpoint has to approve every installation and they also control all the gas hook ups.
