Still waiting for a reply on my unit coming in damaged.
Talked to Seth several times, ordered on the phone and generac was on site in Va. from Texas in 5 days.Installed and have used on several power outages.I will recommend Factoru Pure over any.
Purchased 4 of these from Factory Pure. Received good delivery service on these. Installed at 4 residences in high wind area where the local electrical grid power provider shuts this grid area to prevent fire if lines are downed by winds. Installation was straight forward and accomplished with planning. Need a qualified electrician for the install to go correctly and safely. Use the bundled conduit cable (by Generac) to connect the generator to the transfer switch for all required connections - power and control tray cable. Keep the generator separated from the propane tank a minimum of 10 feet.
I’m not a happy customer my generator was damaged on top asked for help I got none I’m an old man I did not damage that generator It was damaged before I received it angry unhappy customer
