Let me start by saying the shipping company is terrible almost impossible to get a hold of customer service it took almost 2 weeks to get the machine i had to go and get it myself.
when i got the generator home and all setup after reading all the instructions right out of the box it doesn't work properly it will not start with fob or key the battery is fully charged and the unit only starts when the charger is plugged in and i have to use the pull start. i am very disappointed in my purchase of this unit and warranty company i called is horrible to so far no help getting this fixed or replaced. i even purchased the extended warranty in home service.
The entire lifan company is basically a scam. I paid almost $1,000 for this inverter generator that quit after 400 hours of run time.they say that the warranty is only good for 250 hours of running time but that's not what my warranty said but nonetheless they refuse to work on it without me paying.in addition there is nobody to support it you can't take it anywhere nobody will work on it because the company won't support them won't give them manuals and all that stuff that they need to work on them. After one week the wheels fell off, I've gone through two batteries because they kept blowing up like balloons.this is not a good company this is not a good product I wouldn't do business with lifan again ever.
