ComfortBilt HP22-N 3,000 sq. ft. EPA Certified Pellet Stove with Auto Ignition 80 lb Hopper Capacity Red New
We love it but the only problems that we don't care for is to for a 40 lb bag into the hopper with such a small hole opening
This stove exceeded my expectations for its ability to heat my entire 2600sqft home. It keeps the house at a comfortable 70 deg. When it's-10 outside. My furnace hasn't kicked on since I installed the stove.
Stove had an issue with the blower motor when I set it up so I wasn't that impressed. After I contacted the crew in N.C., I was impressed by their outstanding customer service and genuine interest in making sure they take care of their customers. While I may have had an issue with the blower on the unit not being quite right, the fact that they contacted me on a Sunday and arranged for a replacement part to ship in the am as well as having a technical guy email me everything I needed to know to fix it....I'm impressed. I now fully recommend this company due to their outstanding customer service.
Just received our new HP-22N. When assembling the unit, found that only 3 of the 4 screws to secure the controller lined upped which made me concerned about quality. Installed unit and fired it up but the unit went into high heat mode. Read instructions/trouble shooting and had to pull everything apart I just installed in order to get to blower 'hamster wheel'. Per instructions they want you to 'flick it' to get it going...? Maybe they should check these things before they leave the factory. Bottom line is the fan never came on even though it had power. Unit is worthless until customer service opens on Monday and hopefully sends a replacement fan that I'll have to learn how to install. Just very disappointing after spending over $2200 for a pellet stove that seems likes it's only worth about 1/2 of what I spent. Maybe this is a anomaly and every other stove them make is great, but I just don't think so.
