Airgle comes with a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. If the product does not work properly, it can be repaired or replaced by one of the manufacturer's authorized service centers. There will be absolutely no charge to the customer. This warranty applies to air purifiers purchased from Airgle Corporation and its authorized dealers. Please note: this warranty does not cover disposable media such as filters, which require periodic replacement with use.
Sunpentown International Inc. warrants products to be defect free in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Defective products may be sent back by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner within the warranty period, with proof of purchase date to Sunpentown Int'l.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. All replacement parts or units will be new or reconditioned. Parts or units, which are replaced, become the property of Sunpentown. Warranty after repair or replacement will not be extended beyond the original one-year period.
The warranty does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with, nor to damages incurred through improper use and care, faulty packing or mishandling by any common carrier.
What is NOT COVERED:
· Warranty does not include freight charges.
· Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects with this product.
· Damage to product caused by improper power supply voltage, accident, fire, floods or acts of nature.
· Failure of product resulting from unauthorized modifications to the product.
· Improper installation or failure to perform the necessary maintenance.
Repairs not covered by this warranty may be returned to Sunpentown, postage prepaid. All repairs or services will be performed at current cost for parts and labor plus return postage. Please carefully box your package for shipping and it is HIGHLY recommended to return product by insured or by traceable means. Sunpentown is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost or damaged by any of the carriers.

5-Year Mechanical Warranty
Your Austin Air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase; provided your Austin air cleaner was operated under normal residential use and that you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Austin Air Systems.
5-Year Pro-rated Filter Warranty
Austin Air offers a 5-year pro-rated filter warranty, by far the most comprehensive in the industry. No more costly filter replacements every few months or even years. Austin Air filters are designed to last for an amazing 5-years.
Airfree warrants its products, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper use for a period of two years from date of purchase. During this period, and upon proof of purchase and date of purchase, faulty products will be repaired or replaced with same or similar model without charges for parts or labor (except for a USD10 charge for insurance and handling) at distributor address. To be eligible for the warranty, original purchaser must register the product or complete the Airfree warranty card at the time of purchase.
-If unit arrives at customer faulty within the DOA (Dead on Arrival) period (30 days from date of purchase), Airfree will cover all shipping costs within the USA (inbound and outbound our US warehouse).
-If fault occurs within 60 days of purchase, Airfree will cover shipping out of replacement unit. Otherwise, customer has to cover the shipping costs of the faulty or damaged unit and add a check of US $10.00 for shipping out and handling.
Surround Air warranty is for 3 years. The customer ships the unit back, we will pay for the repair, parts and labor, as well as the shipping to return the unit to the customer. We will replace defected units with a new one, as long as it has only been owned by the customer for 90 days or less. Within the first 30 days, we will pay for the shipping of the new unit and the return shipping to us of the faulty unit. Within 31 to 90 days, the customer pays to send the faulty unit to us, and once received, we will send the new replacement to the customer. After 90 days the customer can send the unit in for warranty and we will fix it and ship it back.
Ebac products carry a one-year unconditional warranty against any defects in workmanship or material. This warranty will cover all parts and labor required to repair your Ebac product. This warranty is invalid if the unit has been abused, damaged, whether intentional or accidental, or if any modifications have been made to the unit.
The motor/fan of an Amaircare® product is warranted by Americair Corporation to the original retail purchaser for FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of purchase. All other components (except filters) are warranted for ONE (1) YEAR. Americair will repair or replace at its option the component(s) which upon inspection by an authorized Amaircare® dealer proves to have failed in normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship, or, at its option, to replace the unit. Operations other than those recommended in this manual or at voltages other than that specified on the unit, or any attempts by unauthorized personnel to service or modify the unit will void the warranty.
One Year Limited Warranty: When installed, operated, and maintained according to all instructions, Winix, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product if it fails because of a defect in material or workmanship, as determined by Winix. If the unit is believed to be defective,. Proof of purchase date must be verified before any warranty work will be completed.
NovelAire Technologies LLC (“NTL”) warrants to the original buyer of its DH 100, DH 55,
DH 250, ComfortDry 250, and ComfortPlus 300 desiccant dehumidifier (the “Product”),
subject to the conditions and exclusions set forth below, that the Product will be free
from defects in material and workmanship. NTL makes this Limited Warranty for a
period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment to the original buyer with respect
to the Product. NTL’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace,
at its option, free of charge to the customer (except as provided below), FOB factory,
any Product determined by NTL (in its sole discretion) to be defective.
NTL’s Limited Warranty does not cover defects, reduced performance or failure caused,
directly or indirectly, by improper installation, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper
maintenance, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident, or normal deterioration,
including wear and tear. This Limited Warranty shall not apply to failures, defects, or
reduced performance resulting, directly or indirectly, from use for any purpose other than
desiccant dehumidification or from exposure to corrosive gases or liquids.
This Limited Warranty does not include costs for transportation (including, without
limitation, freight and return freight charges, costs and insurance), costs for removal or
re-installation of parts or equipment, premiums for overtime, or labor for performing
repairs or replacement made in the field. NTL is not responsible for damages occurring
during transport of any product to or from NTL.
THE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY OF NTL UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
DOES NOT INCLUDE LOSSES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED
EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER OF PRODUCTS AND MAY NOT BE
ASSIGNED OR OTHER WISE TRANSFERRED.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIESWHICH

All WHYNTER products are warranted, to the original owner, for one year from the date
of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Should your Whynter product(s) prove defective within one year from the date of
purchase, return the defective part or unit, freight prepaid (with two months of purchase;
after two months to one year, customer will be responsible for freight cost to Whynter’ s
service department), along with an explanation of the claim to Whynter Innovations
Group. Please package your Whynter product (s) carefully in its original packaging
material to avoid damage in transit. Please retain original box and packaging
material. Under this warranty, Whynter Innovations Group will repair or replace any
parts found defective. This warranty is not transferable. After the expiration of the
warranty, the cost of the labor and parts will be responsibility of the original owner of the

- Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes.
-Damage, accidental or other wise, to the air conditioner while in the possession of a
consumer not caused by a defect in material or workma nship;
- Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and
special handling provisions in the instructions.
- Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear.
1) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the product by anyone other
than authorized by the manufacturer.
2) Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service.

Pridiom confides in their solid warranty as the best in the ductless mini-split industry. For AC units, it covers the cost of parts for three years, the compressor for five years, and labor to replace defective parts for one year. For dehumidifiers, Pridiom offers a one year comprehensive warranty and a three year warranty on the compressor. CPE warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical and electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (parts and labor) and two (2) years (parts) from the original date of purchase (90 days [parts and labor] and 180 days [parts] for commercial & industrial use).
