We had purchased a Halo Rover from FactoryPure and the unit had issues out of the box. It took several emails back and forth from FactoryPure and from Haloboard. Eventually we ended up sending the unit back for a refund. The refund process was extremely long and delayed which was disappointing. We have another Halo Rover that we got from FactoryPure that has not had the same issues though I would not recommend the extended warranty since it is NOT at home service.
As expected very satisfied with the product. My son loves it.
My 9 year old grandson is thrilled with this product.

I purchased this for my boyfriend after my sister got a pink one from Walmart. Hes already crashed a couple times and it still gets up and goes like nothing happened. So far so good!
