Well your shipping department places it on top of the generator which damages the generator in transport you cannot place that heavy object on top of the product It’s a no brainer Still waiting on replacement parts because of the pad

We ordered a Cummins generator. We live in California. It came from Allen, TX. The box had been opened/damaged prior to arriving at our home. Look at any item you get from them before accepting it. We refused it because it was damaged. It took a week to get to get back to them. They then informed us that they would no longer sell us another Generator or anything else. Cost them too much money they said that we were a liability. What a joke. I implore you do not use this Company period.
