Champion 100519 5000W/6250W Open Frame Gas Inverter Generator New

I ordered a champion inverter generator and this whole ordeal has been a living nightmare I own my own food truck and I ordered the generator thinking it was new to sustain my business but in fact when I plugged it in me and my technician it smelt it stitch and smelled up my trailer and the Intel didn’t light up and basically the power went out on the generator so I was stuck with seem like a defective generator because it never turned on the way I wanted it to be and it was very loud which my client requested that I have a quiet unit. I trust that your company and champion do what is just and fair. My next step is to take legal action against your company and champion. I need a new unit shipped out immediately.

This is a really nice generator. The big selling point for me was the excellent DIY videos they have on their products. I needed a floating neutral, but this comes from factory with bonded neutral. Their two minute video, and less than five minutes of DIY, and it was DONE! Can't find this with any other manufacturer.

Generator arrived quicker than expected. Good communications from FactoryPure. I would recommend!

I have researched and shopped to chose the right generator. Talked to Champion more than once with questions. Always excellent customer service. And the generator itself I really like. It's very compact, easy to start, the noise level is ok in my opinion. So I am very happy with my choice. Only thing that I would have liked to have is electric start - which you can now get on the next size up. But I can still pull a cord and so far it always starts on second pull. I'm breaking the engine in. Have not tried backfeeding house panel yet. Power has not gone out!

I received my 6250/5000 watt Champion Inverter Generator about a week after placing my order, one thing to note is it comes in the original box so if left at your front door anyone can see what it is. It was packed very well with no damage.The quick start setup guide was pretty self explanatory except step #2 removing the shipping brackets, I found the drawing detail a little confusing, and I know how to read drawings as I was a CAD drafter. I finally figured it out, they are two orange angle brackets 1"x 1.5" held with nut & bolts, other than that the rest was easy. After adding the oil & gas, pressed the on button and pulled out the choke the generator started on the first pull I then pushed the choke back in and the generator just purrrrred. I was really happy and so surprised at how quiet it is, my lawn mower is louder. I let it run for about 20 minutes and turned off. just remember no need to pull out choke to start when generator is still warm or hot, It won't start I tried it so I pushed choke back in and it started on first pull. I also bought a transfer switch and hooked up to the whole house, after doing a trial run everything worked great, now I'm prepared for a blackout
