    I bought a air compressor that I thought was brand new turns out it was refurbished that was my bad. The day it was delivered one of the air filters on top was broke off, by the time I finally got ahold of somebody explain to somebody how it was delivered to me. It took two weeks to get that part. In the meantime I would still trying to run my business without a working air compressor did I paid good money for. 3 days later I go to air up my car tire and the thing made a humming noise and hasn't turned on since. I will never buy a puma ever again I thought Puma was a good name customer service sucks. I supposed to get several call backs I have called them every chance I've done and it's been over a year and still here since my broken air compressor from Puma.

    Happy with my purchase

    Air compressor is well made, and very quiet in operation. Took less than 5 minutes to install air filter canisters and get it up and running. Takes about 3 minutes to build to rated PSI. Factory Pure did a great job helping with delivery and answering all my questions. Communication was excellent. Would purchase other items from them in the future.
