A dehumidifier is a must for areas that produce a lot of humidity, such as factories, kitchens, bakeries, pool areas, spas, and health clubs; it is also a must for whenever you are storing or dealing with moisture-sensitive materials, such as papers, powders, photos, documents, books, wooden furniture, and more.

The Ebac WM150 (10285GL-US) is the ideal solution for humidity control in a wide variety of applications including restaurants, warehouses, document archives, museums, storerooms, computer labs, ships and boats, telecommunications rooms, garages, basements, cellars, crawl spaces, bakeries, photo labs, and animal enclosures. This is a wall-mounted dehumidifier and is not designed to be mobile. The WM150 will remove up to 71 PPD [Pints of water Per Day] from areas up to 2500 square feet in size.

Whatever your drying requirements, Ebac dehumidifiers have the answer. Their machines are designed to run efficiently for prolonged periods of time with little maintenance. Excess humidity can cause enormous issues for your home or office property, such as mold growth, mildew, wood rot, foundation damage; also, damp environments are the perfect breeding grounds for dust mites, termites, cockroaches, other insects, and even snakes and rats. Protect your property with the Ebac WM150.

I was using a home owners dehumidifier in a large basement but the humidity wasn't going down on my humidity monitor, so I bought the Ebac 150 model. I specifically went with that rather than the 80 model because the specks said the airflow was 650 cfm. Upon arrival, I immediately put it to work and combined with the old one, the humidity dropped. However, I wasn't too happy with it because it took a few days, the "integral pump out system" would pump water higher than 4 feet and I noticed the exhaust air is usually hot. I checked the manual and the airflow specs state only 360 CFM. I then compared it with the household model and found the ebac produced 2 times as much in a 24 hr period. I could bought another household model for $250 and obtained the same results rather than $2,000.00. With an airtight room, I can only get the humidity down to 48% at 72 degrees.
