    So far, so good

    Have just finished installing this heater several days ago and it is doing a great job heating a small house of about 800sf. The unit started right up and the thermostat functions well. Overall quality is very good except for the installation instructions. Several YouTube videos were more helpful than the owners guide, if DIY installing. I thoroughly researched several vented and unvented heaters before ordering this unit and I am convinced I made the best choice

    Factory needs better quality control

    I replaced the same model Longvie with the new Martin MDV20VP. The furnace came from the factory with one gas pipe cracked and twisted off which led to a gas leak when started. I had to have a plumber repair the broken pipe and the furnace is now working safely. I have had a little problem keeping the pilot light going, but I like the new viewing opening for the pilot light at the top of the cabinet. I hope this unit works as well as the one I replaced.

    FactoryPure & martin heaters Both stellar!

    We have purchased two martin heaters from FactoryPure…the customer service was awesome, confirmation of products in stock, shipping details and follow up…all updates, changes and communication were stellar. We moved into an off grid cabin in Montana, bought our first 11000 btu martin heater for my mother’s room…loved it, but our square footage, high ceilings and my 87 year old mother’s need for more heat…required a higher btu output..so we ordered the 20,000 unit and moved the 11,000 unit to our unfinished bathroom space…a real life saver….we had a wilderness address and had to coordinate shipping with the local lumber yard when delivery looked like it was unavailable…Factory pure service representatives helped us coordinate everything and they made sure that Martin Heating was informed about delivery issues…both products arrived as promised and we will order from Factory Pure again…they were so considerate and helpful!!
