Great machine, R&L delivery delivered the machine in the time frame they promised. Had not time to run the generator yet, but it looks like it will be more than enough for our needs. Thanks Factory Pure. Great people to do business with. Every time I called they were very helpful.

Champion 15000/12000 generator

Excellent generator. Everything performed just as advertised. Seth, with factory Pure was excellent to deal with and even called me to let me know that the delivery date had been extended due to shipping issues. How many salesmen do you know that would care enough to take the time to let a customer know this in this day and time? The only suggestion i would offer is to include information about operating the generator on natural gas and the fact that the choke must remain pulled out at least 2/3rds of the way or all the way, and remain there, in order to reach proper rpm. Customer service was excellent. I told one friend about it and he purchased one. Two more friends are also considering purchasing one for their use. Excellent company and people. I think Seth owes me a lunch!!

Great generator made better by the people at FactoryPure!

I purchased a generator from FactoryPure after Hurricane Ida passed through Louisiana. Customer service was very helpful in helping me get exactly what I wanted in a generator. I ran the generator a while but have not hooked it up to the house just yet. I will update the post once I test it completely.
