Bought this generator for back up power for our home. Last week at negative 8 power was interrupted. The generator fired right up even at that low temperature. Great machine. Glad I purchased this unit.
My xp12000e came in four days after it was ordered.Lot faster than I expected it to when I called to order they answered all my questions. Very nice people to deal with. I took it out of the box put the wheels and handle's on. Hooked the battery up added gas and oil and started up with electric start. Have not connected to the house yet got someone coming tomorrow. I am very pleased at this point nice people and fast delivery.
Process could not have gone any smoother. Order entry was intuitive and straightforward. Price was outstanding including discount code ($200-$300 cheaper than big-box store). Excellent communication that was prompt and included tracking number. Reputable transportation company who contacted me to arrange delivery; truck driver was very courteous and professional. Generator was not damaged in any way and runs GREAT! Again, could NOT have asked for a better overall experience!
